「關注草根生活聯盟有限公司」（簡稱︰關草聯）2011 年正式成立。

我們抱著「助人自助帶來希望．據理力爭，帶來公義」的信念，組織不同地區的街坊，共同關心基層生活保障，致力反映基層市民的生活需要，並透過建制內外的空間，爭取一個更合理的基本生活保障制度，現時聯盟經費主要由不同慈善基金撥款資助。

​要推動基層可以在香港獲得更有尊嚴的生活，讓資源可以更合理地分配，我們有倡議、組織及研究等工作，更需要組織人手回應日益惡化的問題，期望為基層人士的生活帶來改變。

Founded in 2011, Concern for Grassroots' Livelihood Alliance Limited (CGLA) concern the participation of service users, and accompany with the grassroots. We are committed to making changes for grassroots livelihood through our services, community organizing and research work.
